TechCrunch rips PayPerPost, a company that pays bloggers to write blog posts for advertisers. That’s ironic, since they apparently have no problem with selling links. Selling a blog post is a step beyond that, but not a large one.
I agree with Hashim. The last thing we need on these tubes... errr I mean on the internet,... is more spamvertisements.

"Selling a blog post is a step beyond that, but not a large one." The links are clearly ads. A blog post is deceptive because people don't expect it to be an ad. That is a large difference.
