I often use this blog to take companies to task for doing stupid things. Feedburner did a stupid thing when they spammed 90 bloggers asking them to try Feedburner’s services. But instead of assaulting them, I’m praising them.
They owned up to their mistake, apologized publically, and that’s a good thing.
