Need someone to lead product management at your software company? I create software for people that create software and I'm looking for my next opportunity. Check out my resume and get in touch.

This is the blog of Adam Kalsey. Unusual depth and complexity. Rich, full body with a hint of nutty earthiness.

Freshness Warning
This blog post is over 20 years old. It's possible that the information you read below isn't current and the links no longer work.

Last week I mentioned that I wanted to acquire an older Mac for some testing. Tom Ransom from One Big Idea emailed to say that he has a clone PowerPC 604 that he wasn’t using. And the price was right. I’m paying $10 for shipping and Tom’s giving me the Mac. He’s even throwing in some accessories like a USB card. Tom’s my hero.

Hopefully with that USB card I’ll be able to add the Mac to my KVM switch (or maybe upgrade to a 4 port USB KVM) and not clutter my desk with another keyboard and monitor.

Too Big To Fail (Apr 9)
When a company piles resources on a new product idea, it doesn't have room to fail. But failing is an important part of innovation. If you can't let it fail, it can't succeed.
