ClickZ’s Use Usability to Best Advantage discusses how the notes made during usability tests can have unintended benefits for marketers, product designers, and product mangers. Many times during a usability test the test subject will reveal information about what they think of a product or how they would use the product. Capturing this information for later use by people normally uninvolved with usability tests can reap rewards.
