Dreamweaver and Frontpage

I occasionally have to publish to Web sites that don’t support FTP or WebDAV and only support FrontPage Extensions. Macromedia has a Dreamweaver extension called Publish Web Command that adds a FrontPage Server option to your define sites dialog.

This doesn't work with DW 8. Hopefully they update it.
