This is the blog of Adam Kalsey. Unusual depth and complexity. Rich, full body with a hint of nutty earthiness.

Freshness Warning
This blog post is over 22 years old. It's possible that the information you read below isn't current and the links no longer work.

So Dave’s been bubbling about some new thing that Userland is doing.

"You’ll think differently about UserLand after you know. It’s not very technical. It will raise the bar in online journalism. It’s for people who like poetry, books, movies, art, education, food, fashion, health, travel and technology. Never in a million years will anyone figure it out."

It turns out that they’ve struck a deal with the New York Times to include news feeds from the paper. I suppose that’s nice, but it doesn’t really make me "think differently about Userland."

I think Dave’s been taking hype lessons from Steve Jobs.
