Some time back AOL Time Warner dictated that all employees would use a custom version Netscape mail to handle all their email needs. After being flooded with complaints from unhappy users, AOL-TW has decided to let each division use the email package of their choice.
Instead, why doesn’t AOL figure out what problems their users are having and fix them? Wouldn’t that result in a better email product for their customers?
