Consulting doesn’t scale. The only way to make more money is to work more hours or charge more for the ones you’re already working. But if you can sell your consulting services as a product, you can create recurring revenue and scale beyond just your billable hours.

writing a book also seems like a good way to scale a consulting business. People will buy the book, and still may come to you for consulting if they really want more.
