The main county public library is across the street from the courthouse. They have computers with free public Internet access, but not public Wi-Fi. That’s just silly. Anyone using their own WiFi-equiped laptop isn’t taking up space at a public terminal. By providing WiFi, they would be providing more service to more people with very little incremental cost.
Always be on the lookout to provide additional value to your customers, especially if you can do it without adding any cost.
The libraries here are owned by the local government, but they are surprisingly interested in doing things well.

Here in Sweden the libraries are government-owned, so you’ll wait a million years before a governmental institution actually gets their thumbs out of their arse and provides anything that even vaguely resembles additional value. They’d be happy if they could take the expensive computers out, and maybe the seat cushions too, just for the hell of it. It’s free, you don’t have to be comfortable.
