Kalsey Consulting Group acquires BlogSnob.

SACRAMENTO, CA October 15, 2003 - Kalsey Consulting Group today announced that it acquired weblog advertising service BlogSnob (http://blogsnob.simpleads.net/) from idya Research. The BlogSnob service will strengthen Kalsey Consulting Group's position in the weblog promotion and services market.

"Weblogs are written and read by millions," said Adam Kalsey, founder and Principal Consultant of Kalsey Consulting Group. "We're excited about the future of weblogs and BlogSnob will help us expand our reach within the blogging community."

idya Research co-founder Arnab Nandi, adds: "While we will miss being part of BlogSnob, we're happy that BlogSnob is in responsible hands. This acquisition will give us the time and opportunity to innovate further and concentrate on our other projects at idya."

Combining Two Ad Networks

Kalsey Consulting Group currently owns and operates the Textad Exchange, a free advertising exchange for small businesses and individuals. The BlogSnob service will be combined with the Textad Exchange. The combined ad network will include over 10,000 Web sites.

BlogSnob members will benefit from planned new features including improved statistics, more ways to customize their ads, and ad targeting. Textad Exchange members will enjoy larger distribution of their advertisements on an ad network targeted at bloggers.
