My Comcast internet service was down for a week. Instead of offering service credit, they’re charging me $20 for the repair.
i have moved to a new location which has comcast under my name but still trying to get me to pay $5995 for breaking my contract...i still have comcast service...yes $5995...they sent it to collection..should i cancel my other service too with comcast???
