Dangerously Meta

Recently I’ve been taking music I find through Pandora and listening to it in iTunes. Audioscrobbler then feeds that data to Last.fm, and I get song recommendations. Artists from those recomendations get added as Pandora stations. The music that Pandora plays ends up in iTunes, and the circle begins anew.

If I keep this up, I wonder if the recommedations will degrade into nothing but Yanni and Kenny G?

Oh God, no!!! :)

Now, seriously, I’m a newbie with Pandora, but sometimes it doesn’t work quite well with my selections. I mean, I’ve created a Grunge station, and most of the music that recommends is Heavy Metal… but at least it isn’t Kenny G :)
