New Job site

Mercury News | Big employers band together on recruiting site: "Fed up with paying big bucks to post job openings on Web sites such as Monster.com and Hotjobs.com, a consortium of companies—including Unisys, IBM, Cisco and Intel—will launch its own Internet recruiting site today, www.directemployers.com."

There are over 1000 jobs listed in the Sacramento area from companies like Intel, Agilent, and Bank of America.

Update: It looks like the site is similar to what FlipDog promised to be. A single search yields a list of job titles and companies. When you click on a job title, a new window opens with the job description on the employer’s web site. Unlike FlipDog, however, there are thousands of jobs from hundreds of companies.
