This is the blog of Adam Kalsey. Unusual depth and complexity. Rich, full body with a hint of nutty earthiness.

Looking through the stats for kalsey.com, I find that someone requested 4 pages with WebTrends Link Analyzer over the last few days.
Why would someone besides me be running a link check on my site?
Actually, the text-ad shows up fine on my screen, no overlap. I'm using IE 5.5 as well.
You're both right. I was using some CSS to force the textarea to a certain width. The support for what I was doing with teh CSS was sort of spotty, so I removed it after Kimmie's post. I told myself when I put it in that the first time someone complained I'd remove it.

There's some automated service that sends me email periodically saying some links on my page are down, and they're usually other people's weblogs. Maybe it was checking down through links from another weblog? BTW, in IE 5.5, your textad exchange overlaps this comment form, as does the RSS button.
