Media Grok was one of the best reasons to read The Industry Standard. The team of people who wrote that column are now producing it on their own under the name Media Unspun. The newsletter is free now, but starting in March you’ll have to pay $50 to get it. And as a goofy stunt, the editor/publisher, Jimmy Gutterman, will clean the house of the first 50 people to buy a subscription.
